Today we take look at Uniswap (UNI), one of the top decentralised exchanges (DEXs) out there. There are many great features such as its automated market maker function. But unfortunately as it is built on Ethereum (ETH), there are some problems with high fees that make many people stray away from it. But they have V3 coming out shortly and that will hopefully improve the exchange significantly, making it faster and more scalable. Also, with regulation looming in the crypto space, decentralisation is the best possible way to avoid centralised entities and therefore Uniswap solves far more problems than it creates.
